Turning Machine
We have two CNC Turning Centers:
HERBERT HUSKY 1000 DC This is a twin turret, 1000ABC, 400 mm swing 30 H.P. machine imported from U.K.& fitted with a ELPRO MK1 Plus system. We use this machine for making ring gears, & other bigger Auto components.
ELECTRONICA ECO-ELTURN
This is a very modern turning centre having a capacity of Æ 160 X 300 ABC slant bed fitted with FANUC OTC controller. Important Valve operations such as Neck profile turning, Groove profile generation, etc. are carried out on this machine. The obvious advantage of using this machine are job accuracies along with very good repeatability.
